Joan David

Founder & Lead Organizer

Hi, I’m Ioana—though most people call me Joan. I’m a professional organizer, a mom, and a proud neurodivergent woman with ADHD. For most of my life, I didn’t know I had it (officially diagnosed in July 2025).

I grew up in Eastern Europe, where ADHD carried a stigma and was rarely acknowledged. If you struggled to keep up, you were simply labeled “scattered” or “lazy.”

Without a diagnosis or medication, I learned to navigate life on my own terms. I earned my master’s degree, built a successful corporate career, married the love of my life, became a mom—and eventually stopped settling for a cozy job that didn’t fulfill me. I took the leap and launched Clutterwit.

What I discovered along the way is that ADHD didn’t hold me back—it gave me a unique ability to design systems that work for me. Systems that keep me organized, focused, and productive even when motivation runs low.

Now, I use that same approach to help others—especially neurodivergent individuals—create spaces that support who they are, not who they’re told to be.

At Clutterwit, our method blends function with beauty, discipline with grace, and just the right amount of minimalism to bring peace and clarity to any home.

Stephanie Ciccarelli

Principal Organizer

Hi, I’m Stephanie! I’ve had a passion for organizing, decluttering, and creating smart storage solutions for as long as I can remember. Growing up, I was always the go-to person whenever someone needed help tidying up or reworking a space.

As an adult, that love for organizing only grew—whether it was setting up my own home or helping friends and family through moves, transitions, or just the day-to-day chaos of life.

What I enjoy most is working one-on-one with clients to sort through their belongings, uncover what truly matters to them, and design organizing systems that are both functional and easy to maintain. My goal is to ease the stress of overwhelming spaces and bring calm, clarity, and a little joy back into the home.
